Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

  • This refers to the time it takes for things to be delivered from our store to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Items usually take between 4 to 11 business days to arrive at the destination after processing and leaving the warehouse but may take longer from time to time.
  • Orders for customers outside of the United States and for all other products may take between 15-21 business days for delivery. However, during periods of high order volume or the busy holiday season, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

      Processing Time:

      • For orders within the continental United States, please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare and dispatch your order. Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, with a postal cutoff time of 3pm. For all other products and orders outside of the US, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. During this time, tracking information will not be available as we prepare your items. Additional preparation time may be necessary during periods of high demand or busy holiday seasons.

      Shipping Confirmation:

      • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@thefleecetights.com including your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder. The confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout, so please ensure it is accurate. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your package's progress, or you can click on the tracking number at the bottom of the email for quick access. Alternatively, visit our Tracking Page for guidance on tracking your package's delivery status.

          Note: Most of the products offered by TFT have a Standard Shipping charge of $4.95 in the United States, £3.95 in United Kingdom and $4.95 (Australia, Spain & Canada) for orders under $40 USD.

          Reshipping and Return Policy

          • In the event that you do not receive your parcel due to an incorrect address provided, we will gladly resend your items to you for a reshipping fee.
          • Please note that we do not offer return shipping. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs without a refund. For more information, please read our Refunds and Return policy.
