Accepted Payment Options

At The fleece tights, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to make your shopping experience seamless:

1. Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept certain debit cards. If you encounter any issues during checkout, kindly reach out to us at for assistance.

2. Apple Pay: If you have an iPhone with Apple Pay enabled, you can use Apple Pay for both desktop and mobile purchases. On desktop, make sure you have MacOS Sierra or above, while on iOS, iOS 11 or above is required. Please be aware that Apple Pay is not supported if you access our site through an in-app browser, such as Facebook's.

3. PayPal: We accept PayPal for both desktop and mobile transactions. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, it will automatically be used before your backup payment method, which you can select at the time of purchase. Please note that PayPal may suggest using your credit card or bank account first, but this option won't be available. We apologize for any confusion.

4. GooglePay: If you have a Google account with GooglePay enabled, you can use GooglePay for both desktop and mobile payments.

5. ShopPay: If you have an account with ShopPay enabled, you can use ShopPay for both desktop and mobile transactions.

Paying with PayPal

Certainly! Here's how you can pay with PayPal:

During the billing stage of checkout, select the PayPal option and click the "PayPal" button. Ensure that any pop-up blockers are disabled.

Log in to your PayPal account and review your account information. Your PayPal balance will be used by default, but you can choose an alternate funding source if your balance doesn't cover the full cost. You won't need to enter a billing address.

Click "Agree & Continue" to complete your order securely.

Payment Error Troubleshooting

If you encounter a payment error when attempting to check out, it may be due to errors or typos in your billing information:

If the error message states, "Your payment details couldn't be verified. Check your card details and try again," it may be related to the credit card number or CVV you entered.

If the error message mentions, "Security code was not matched by the processor," it's likely an issue with the CVV you provided.

Multiple Charges for a Single Order

If you notice multiple charges for the same order on your statement, please follow these steps:

Check your email to determine how many order confirmations you received. If you only received one confirmation, it's possible that only one of the charged orders was successfully processed. The additional charges on your statement will typically disappear within 2-3 business days. If they persist, please contact us.

If you didn't receive any confirmation emails, none of the charged orders went through. In this case, we recommend placing the order again, ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate. When you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify securely stores your credit card data. It is encrypted following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
