Before initiating the return process, please reach out to us at return@thefleecetights.com if you encounter any issues. We understand that some situations may require exceptions to our policies, and we are here to assist you to the best of our ability. We value satisfied customers!

Additionally, do not return your order to the address it was shipped from, as refunds are processed by our returns inspection team located elsewhere. To ensure a successful refund, they need to collect and examine your merchandise.

Returns Policy

We no longer accept returns for orders shipped outside of the continental United States. This change is aimed at reducing the potential burden of hefty return shipping costs for our customers and preventing unnecessary expenses that may exceed the order value. By placing an order with The Fleece Tights and having it shipped to a location outside the continental United States, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Our Returns Policy applies exclusively to items sold and shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

Our Returns Policy allows for returns within 60 days of receipt. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items damaged by the customer, regardless of the duration of ownership, are not eligible for return. If you return a damaged item without prior notification of the damage upon receipt, you will receive a refund based on the item's current damaged condition.

Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for certain health or personal care items, as well as products that are intimate or sanitary in nature. However, our popular fleece tights are considered non-intimate items and are eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that there are instances where only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refunds Policy

As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot issue a refund if your package is delivered to the wrong address due to reasons beyond our control. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to a secure location. We cannot issue a refund if your package is marked as delivered to the correct address but is not received. Please note that our Shipping Insurance covers lost or damaged items but does not cover theft.

If you are returning an item, we will send you an email notification once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 working business days.

Exclusive to Our Fleece Tights:

Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of their clothing. While our tights are more durable than cheaper alternatives, they are made from delicate, thin nylon on the outer material and should be treated accordingly. Partial refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives damaged due to our fault. Customers must also adhere to the cleaning guidelines specified on the tights' product page. Deviating from these guidelines and causing damage to the tights will result in the customer being responsible for the damage, rendering them ineligible for a refund or exchange. As a customer, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of your clothing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account. Please note that there may be a processing delay before the refund is posted, so patience may be required. If you still do not see your refund after a few days, we recommend contacting your bank. Finally, reach out to your credit card company. If you have pursued these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded in full. For sale items, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid for the item.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please Contact Us at return@thefleecetights.com. Please be aware that the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Shipping

To return your product, please Contact Us first at return@thefleecetights.com.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item/s, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Failure to receive the returned item will result in us being unable to offer a refund.
